Daphne’s Greek Cafe introduces herb-marinated shrimp

Daphne’s Greek Cafe, a chain of Greek-inspired fast-casual restaurants in the US, has added grilled, herb-marinated shrimp to its menu line-up.

The new grilled shrimp is marinated in a combination of garlic, paprika and spices and served on a skewer. It joins three new menu items including Mango Shrimp Salad, Classic Grilled Shrimp Pita, and a Shrimp Combo.

"This is one more step in our California-inspired menu innovation that is giving customers a reason to keep coming back to Daphne's," Trefethen added.

The new grilled shrimp items are part of Daphne's menu improvement to combine its Mediterranean classics with a fresh California influence to provide great taste and better nutrition.

Daphne's California Greek has 56 locations throughout California, Arizona and Nevada. It is privately held by Wreath Equity. It offers Greek-inspired food made with high quality ingredients and a focus on healthful options.
